This is a quilt using the "no more tears" paper piecing tecnique from a class I took with David Sirota at the Vermont Quilt Show in June 2026. Love this technique - no mess!. The quilt measures about 48" square. I used the Skewed Blocks quilt design from Karen of Wildflower Quilting. I used almost all of the leftover fat quarters pieces for the binding.
This is a pattern from Villa Rosa. It measures 66 X 82 and was quilted with Bugaboo by Christy Dillon of My Creative Stitches
I made this quilt after attending a lecture by Susan Cleveland at AQS in Harford, CT in April 2026. It's based on a pattern from her book Dynamic Dresdens with some liberties taken on the background and placement of the dresdens. Approximately 48 X 71. Quilted with Westphalia Edge-to-Edge 2 by Christie Dillon of My Creative Stitches.
I took a class at the Vermont Quilt Show in June where we made a block using a specialty ruler. Here's a link to the pattern. Poinsettia Then I purchased the coordinating design set from Sweet Dreams so that I could custom quilt it. I wish I had not used the silver thread on the red petals but everywhere else it blends in nicely. This is about 20 inches square.
